Shipping rates given at the time of checkout are based on the weight of the amount of your purchase and any current shipping promo codes used or a  site wide shipping  promotion.
 
Shipping service is selected to ensure delivery is within 3 - 5 business days.
 
Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST, excluding holidays. 

 
Return and Refund Policy:
Here at United With Earth, we are committed to upholding outstanding quality and service. Sometimes you can make a mistake ordering or we can make a mistake on fulfilling...either way, we are here to make things right. Simply give us a call or send us an email and we will quickly and efficiently resolve the issue!
 
We do not accept any returned merchandise, however, we are to make it right. All claims for damaged/lost goods or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

If a refund is approved by us, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 - 10 days.
